This program is ONLY for women.
Make sure you assess each resistance band before starting your workout, do not use it if ripped or even if the resistance band has a tiny cut since it can snap while working out.
Keep away from children, keep the resistance bands in the fabric bag when not in use and keep it in a safe place away from children.

General Terms of Use
In using the Services, you will be entitled, subject to these Terms, to access features, materials, and content made available by us via the app on any device capable of hosting the app which may include mobile devices and tablets, provided that the Device meets the minimum system requirements referred to in the TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT section below.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, remove or disable access to any content or other materials on our App. In no event shall we be liable to you for the removal or disabling of such Content or other materials on the Service and/or Website.
To continually improve the app, we may need to release updates, fix bugs, and carry out general maintenance. We will endeavor to operate scheduled maintenance during periods where we anticipate low levels of online use. We will also need to be able to do emergency maintenance or suspend access to the App where required. It is always our priority to get the App back in action as soon as possible.
If you breach any of the Terms we may immediately suspend your account and your access to the App. If we reasonably believe that you have breached any of these Terms we may delete your account. If we cancel your use of the app, such cancellation shall be immediate and without notice or refund, and you must still cancel the subscription on your own device via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to prevent any further billing.
