Hi, my name is Yael I have been a personal trainer for the past 17 years. Not only have I tried different methods of training and nutrition myself, but also with my clients, and I am here to help you achieve your goals through the most personalized training experience possible. Because 6 months is the amount of time to see real change, and it is more realistic than 3 or 4 months. You will change your habits and daily routine. Every month I will assign workouts that suit your goals and guide you there. When it comes to nutrition, every individual needs to be assessed separately. Due to that fact, we will figure out what's best for you and ensure that the flexibility with your schedule and lifestyle works out. We will talk about mindset and lifestyle, and how you can be better not just on the outside but even more on the inside because at the end of the day, our behavior is simply a reflection of our internal energy, mindset, and attitude.
