Hi, my name is Yael Rodriguez and I have been a personal trainer for the past 17 years. After trying different methods of training and nutrition for myself and my clients, I have built an individualized system and I am here to help you achieve your goals through the most personalized training experience possible. When working with clients, I like to start from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.
