Hi, I’m Shaina Mushka Loigman. I’m 33 years old and a proud mother of 6 beautiful children. Throughout my life, I’ve always struggled with losing weight. About two years ago, after having my 5th child, I was introduced to Yael through a friend. I immediately loved what she had to offer, but at the time, I wasn’t quite ready to commit to a full lifestyle change. Soon after, I became pregnant with my 6th baby—just months after giving birth to my 5th—so it was two babies back to back. During that pregnancy, I struggled deeply with how I looked and how I felt. I didn’t feel like myself and I wasn’t happy in my own skin. Six weeks postpartum with my 6th child, I reached out to Yael and asked for her help.
